Virginia Key, LLC filed suit in Miami-Dade Circuit Court

The six-year battle over the future management of marinas owned by the City of Miami, Florida on Virginia Key – former site of the Miami International Boat Show – took a new turn Friday when an investment group seeking to manage the properties filed suit to invalidate a referendum that would let voters decide the lease outcome.
